About Me

Hello, I’m Natalie Best, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, I am a Northern Nevada born and raised therapist who has been serving this community for over five years. I help adults navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration and LGBTQIA+ experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in evidence based practices such as EMDR, CBT and person centered therapy.

Whether you’re processing past pain, exploring who you are, or simply needing a space to breathe and be yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and without judgement.

I offer individual and couples therapy in Reno and Sparks Nevada, and provide secure telehealth sessions to clients throughout Nevada.

    If you would like to begin therapy before my insurance paneling is complete, please let me know what insurance you have when you reach out. We can discuss options to help make sessions more accessible during this transition period.
